1 million dead people received federal bailout checks

In July of 2020, the total amount of money from Bailout checks, which was sent to dead people in America came to about $1.4 billion, according to a report from the Government Accountability Office.

In response to coronavirus lock downs, a tanking economy, and millions out of work, the US government sent $1,200 stimulus checks to most Americans.

Over 1.1 million of those checks ended up going to people who had already passed away.

That’s because, in an effort to rush the checks out the door, the IRS used old data that did not include information from the Social Security office about recently deceased.

Currently the government has no plan in place to recover the money, other than simply saying anyone who receives one of these checks meant for dead people should return them.

But they have no plans to tell anyone how to return the checks.

This is just one example of the incompetent individuals allowed to keep their leadership roles in government offices.

We NEED to get more business owners in Washington that are outsiders, have experience firing people and are willing to clean house. If we don't get rid of the corrupt and incompetent people running our government agencies, we will have to get rid of the entire agencies and create new more slim line and effective ones.

The reality is when Government officials get to spend OPM, (Other Peoples Money) instead of their own, they don't seem to care about how much is spent or where it goes.

For example, did you know that some universities will sell off brand new text books, lab equipment and other property, EVERY YEAR, just so they can qualify for new "grant money."

Some of that grant money comes from the Federal level, so your tax money is being waisted when universities as well as other government offices sell off perfectly good computers, vehicles, furniture and other equipment, just so they can get more free money.

Yes, we know it is not free money. It is our money and WE have a responsibility to pay attention to how OUR money is being spent. So, if you know of any money that is being spent recklessly, share that information with the rest of us so that we can try to find a way to resolve the problem.
